Vanguard Studio
Internal platform for Alpine's innovation department: CRM, projects and tasks, multi-tenant and bilingual. I wrote the specs and acceptance criteria and designed and built it with AI agents.

Prototype of a UCaaS customer portal and internal admin panel on SkySwitch, with its own design system.

Client work
Planet Solar
Ongoing client. I maintain the company's WordPress site, designed and launched ganaconplanet.com (a recruiting site for solar sales reps with a CMS the client edits), am building a sales resources platform for the rep team, and extended the open-source Vocero CRM into a WhatsApp sales pilot with an AI agent that books and confirms appointments.
About
I've been designing digital products since 2017: first as a UX/UI designer and front-end developer, now as the person who owns a product from the first sketch to the deployed app.
At Alpine Health Technologies I lead UX for the company's products, created the Vanguard Design System and mentor two designers. Through OG Design Studio, my independent practice, I design and build SaaS products for small businesses in Puerto Rico.
I work in Spanish and English, remotely, across US and European time zones.
